We are an introducer

Your Local Broker is a trading name of IQ Financial Services Ltd. We do not give financial advice, we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we do not sell or recommend any mortgage or insurance product.

What we do is take your enquiry and introduce you to The Finance Seer Ltd, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 1017243. An adviser there picks up your enquiry and contacts you directly.

Who The Finance Seer are

The Finance Seer Ltd is the regulated firm behind every conversation that follows your enquiry. They hold the permissions, they carry out the fact find, and they are responsible for any recommendation you receive. If you have a complaint about advice, it goes to them, and their complaints procedure gives you access to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

What it costs you

Nothing to enquire. There is no charge for the introduction and no obligation to go ahead with anything. If The Finance Seer charge a fee for their own work, they will tell you what it is and when it becomes payable before you commit.

What happens to your details

We only pass your details to The Finance Seer, and only because you have ticked the box asking us to. We do not sell your data to anyone. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we hold, why, and how to have it deleted.
